All,
On Monday, November 3, 2025, Ascon plans to begin conducting infrastructure work related to future stormwater pipe installation requiring traffic control with lane diversion along Hamilton Avenue.
Here is what you can expect during this work:
- Lane diversions are expected to occur from approximately 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., beginning on November 3, pending receipt of the permit.
- Traffic control equipment and personnel will be present to support traffic, as needed.
- Lane diversions are not expected to occur on weekends.
- A portion of the barrier fence between the Ascon Site and Hamilton Avenue will be removed on Friday, October 31, to prepare for this work in advance, and replaced with a temporary chain link fence with privacy screens during this work. The barrier fence will be restored upon completion of this work.
- This work is expected to take approximately six – eight weeks to complete. The lane diversion is expected to occur for two – three weeks during this period when work is conducted offsite.
- The Ascon information table will be set up in Edison Park across from the Site during Hamilton Avenue lane diversion work to answer community questions.
If you have any questions regarding ongoing Final Remedy work, please contact the Ascon community information line at 714-388-1825 or email the project team at info@asconhb.com.
